How to Use Quick Charts

Quick Charts adds instant ticket visualizations to your Zendesk top bar. Here's how to get started.

Installation

  1. Install Quick Charts from the Zendesk Marketplace.
  2. After installation, you'll see the Quick Charts icon in your Zendesk top bar.
  3. Click the icon to open the charts popover.

Viewing Charts

Quick Charts shows your ticket data as visual charts. Use the tabs to switch between different chart types:

Free vs Pro

The Free tier includes Status Distribution and Priority Distribution charts. Upgrade to Pro ($5/agent/month) to unlock all 7 chart types, including CSAT Score and Volume Trend with date range filtering.

Date Range Filtering

Pro charts like CSAT Score and Volume Trend include a date range selector. Choose from 7, 14, or 30 day windows to focus on the time period that matters.

Privacy

Quick Charts is 100% client-side. All data is processed in your browser using the Zendesk Apps Framework SDK. No data is sent to external servers, and no personal information is collected. Quick Charts does not require Zendesk Explore.
