This Privacy Policy describes how Elephatech ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our monday.com marketplace applications, including Board Heatmap.

1. Client-Side Processing

Board Heatmap runs entirely client-side in your web browser, within monday.com's iframe environment. All data processing happens locally in your browser session. No data is transmitted to any external servers owned or operated by Elephatech.

2. No Backend Infrastructure

Our applications have no backend servers, no databases, and make no external API calls. The only API communication occurs between the app and monday.com's own servers via the official monday.com SDK, which operates under monday.com's own privacy policies.

3. Data Accessed

Board Heatmap accesses the following data from your monday.com board through the monday.com SDK, using read-only permissions:

• Board columns (names and types)
• Items and their column values
• Subitems and their column values
• Group names

This data is used solely to render the heatmap visualization and is never stored, cached, or transmitted outside of your browser session.

4. User Preferences Storage

User preferences such as selected color theme, year, and chosen date column are stored using monday.storage, monday.com's built-in storage mechanism. This data is managed entirely by monday.com's infrastructure and is subject to monday.com's own data policies.

5. No Cookies or Tracking

We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or any form of tracking technology. We do not use any analytics services. We do not collect usage statistics or behavioral data of any kind.

6. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. We do not have access to your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what is transiently available in your browser session through the monday.com SDK.

7. Data on Uninstall

When you uninstall a Board Heatmap, any preferences stored via monday.storage are managed and cleaned up by monday.com's own infrastructure. Since we have no external servers or databases, there is no Elephatech-side data to delete.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app operates within the monday.com platform and is subject to monday.com's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review monday.com's privacy practices at monday.com/privacy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
